136 Register of claims and decisions
(1) The Mining Tribunal is to keep a register of –
(a) the particulars of each claim; and
(b) any decision and order it makes.
(2) On payment of the prescribed fee, a person may –
(a) inspect the register; and
(b) obtain a copy of an entry in the register.
