### 130 Claim resolution > > (1)  The Director is to attempt to resolve any claim lodged under [section 129](#GS129@EN) . > > > (2)  Any party to a claim may require the Director to attempt to resolve the claim within 28 days. > > > (3)  A resolution of a claim to the satisfaction of all parties is final and binding on the parties. > > > (4)  The Director is to prepare, and the Registrar is to keep, a record of the terms of the resolution of a claim. > > > (5)  A record of the terms of the resolution of a claim is conclusive evidence of those terms. > > > (6)  The Director is to notify the Registrar if the Director is unable to resolve the claim to the satisfaction of all parties. > > > (7)  The Registrar is to refer a claim to the Mining Tribunal within 7 days of receiving the notification.
