(1) [Section 129 Subsection (1) amended by No. 38 of 2006, s. 5, Applied:18 Dec 2006] A person may lodge a claim with the Registrar in relation to a matter referred to in section 128 other than an appeal under this Act.
(2) The Registrar is to refer the claim to the Director within 7 days after it is lodged.
