### 120 Notification by lessee of drill core and cutting recovered > > (1)  A lessee, by notice in writing, is to notify the Director of any drill core or cutting recovered from a hole of more than 15 metres in length drilled on land within the lease area. > > > (2)  A notice is to – > > > > > > (a) identify the location of the drill hole; and > > > > > > > (b) give a detailed account of the material drilled or obtained; and > > > > > > > (c) contain any other information the Director requires.
