115 Reports and work program
[Section 115 Amended by No. 24 of 2013, s. 110, Applied:28 Jun 2013] The Director may require the holder of a licence to provide the Director with–
(a) a work program relating to any prospecting carried out under that licence; and
(b) reports relating to that prospecting.
