108 Application for prospecting licence or group prospecting licence
(1) [Section 108 Subsection (1) amended by No. 24 of 2013, s. 105, Applied:28 Jun 2013] A person may apply to the Director for a prospecting licence or a group prospecting licence.
(2) An application is to –
(a) be in an approved form; and
(b) be accompanied by the prescribed fee; and
(c) contain any other prescribed details; and
(d) be lodged with the Registrar.
