### sec.318ELBG Additional criteria for deciding provisions of mining lease
In making a decision as follows, regard must be had to the prescribed criteria—
deciding conditions of the mining lease under section 276 (1) (o) ;
deciding the term of the lease under section 284 .
In this section—
prescribed criteria means all of the following—
the information statement;
the assessment criteria;
any holder submissions;
the effect of the mining lease on the safe and efficient carrying out of authorised activities for the overlapping tenure;
for an overlapping permit—the effect of the mining lease on the safe and efficient carrying out of authorised activities for any future lease that may arise from the permit.

- (a) deciding conditions of the mining lease under section 276 (1) (o) ;
- (b) deciding the term of the lease under section 284 .
