### sec.318ELAS Applicant’s information obligation
The applicant must within 10 business days after making the mining lease application give the overlapping tenure holder a copy of the application.
If the Minister is reasonably satisfied the applicant has not complied with subsection (1) , the Minister may refuse the mining lease application.
