### sec.318AAZR Land Court’s powers on appeal In deciding an appeal under this part, the Land Court may— confirm the decision; or set aside the decision and substitute another decision; or set aside the decision and return the issue to the Minister with the directions the court considers appropriate. If the Land Court substitutes another decision, the substituted decision is for this Act, other than this part, taken to be the decision of the Minister. s 318AAZR ins 2012 No. 20 s 216 amd 2013 No. 10 s 193 sch 1 (sec.318AAZR-ssec.1) In deciding an appeal under this part, the Land Court may— confirm the decision; or set aside the decision and substitute another decision; or set aside the decision and return the issue to the Minister with the directions the court considers appropriate.
