### sec.191 Amending applications
An applicant may amend the application or a document accompanying the application only if—
the application has not been decided; and
the applicant has complied with the prescribed requirements for amending the application.
- (a) the application has not been decided; and
- (b) the applicant has complied with the prescribed requirements for amending the application.
