### sec.192 Withdrawing applications
An applicant may lodge a written notice withdrawing the application at any time before a decision about the application takes effect.
A regulation may prescribe the way in which the written notice must be lodged.
The withdrawal takes effect when the written notice is lodged.
If an application is withdrawn, the deciding authority may refund all or part of any fee paid for the application.
