2 Establishment of the Superannuation Scheme and the Fund

(1) An occupational superannuation scheme, known as the Military Superannuation and Benefits Scheme (in this Deed called the Superannuation Scheme), in force on 1 October 1991, has been established for the benefit of: (a) members of the Permanent Forces; and (b) members of the Reserves rendering continuous full‑time service; and, from 1 July 2011, is to be administered in accordance with the Deed by CSC. (2) A fund, known as the Military Superannuation and Benefits Fund No. 1 (in this Deed called the Fund), has been established for the purposes of the Superannuation Scheme and, from 1 July 2011, vested in CSC.
