18 Membership of Committee
(1) The Committee comprises such number of persons as CSC determines. (2) The qualifications or other requirement, which are or is a prerequisite to the appointment of each member of the Committee, are such as CSC determines. (3) If a member of the Committee ceases to hold the relevant qualifications or to comply with the relevant requirement, applicable under subrule (2), his or her membership of the Committee is thereupon taken to be terminated.
