11ZD Suspension of withdrawals
(1) CSC may suspend withdrawals of units for rule 11Y that include withdrawals from a particular Investment Division for a period if, during the period: (a) because of an event that is beyond the control of CSC, CSC is unable to calculate the unit value for the Investment Division; or (b) CSC is satisfied on reasonable grounds that it is in the interests of members to suspend the withdrawal of units from the Investment Division. (2) If CSC suspends the withdrawal of units for a period under subrule (1), CSC must effect the withdrawals on the first day after the period ends.
