11Z Fees for transfers
(1) CSC may charge a fee for transferring a unitised member’s beneficial interest under this Division. (2) CSC must not approve a transfer application unless CSC is satisfied that: (a) the member is aware that a fee may be charged for the transfer; and (b) the member has agreed to pay the fee.
