11X Grounds for refusing transfer application
CSC may refuse to approve a transfer application if: (a) the aggregate value of the units that would otherwise be issued in the new Investment Division in accordance with rule 11V is less than the minimum investment amount; or (b) the aggregate value of the units that would otherwise be withdrawn from the old Investment Division in accordance with that rule is less than the minimum withdrawal amount.
