5 Eligible members
For paragraph (f) of the definition of eligible member in subsection 30(1) of the Act, a person is an eligible member if: (a) the person: (i) is included in an employment category, and holds a rank, mentioned in Schedule 1; and (ii) meets the conditions mentioned for the category; or (b) the person is mentioned in Schedule 2.
