#### 6 Membership of Superannuation Scheme
(1) Each of the following persons is a member of the Scheme:
(a) a person who is a member of the Permanent Forces;
(b) a member of the Reserves who is rendering a period of continuous full‑time service.
(2) This section is subject to section 7.
