#### 15 Payment by or to the Commonwealth on reclassification of invalidity pensioner (1) Where a person who is an invalidity pensioner classified as Class A or Class B is reclassified as Class C, the Commonwealth must pay to CSC an amount equal to the amount of the funded employer benefit in relation to the person at the time when the person was retired on the ground of invalidity. (2) Where: (a) a person who was an invalidity pensioner classified as Class A or Class B was reclassified as Class C; and (b) the person is subsequently reclassified as Class A or Class B; CSC must pay to the Commonwealth an amount equal to the funded employer benefit in relation to the person.
