This instrument repeals the 2015 determination and lists which third‑party payments may be taken from military rehabilitation and compensation. It authorises deductions for rent, loan principal/interest and debts to State Housing Authorities, and loan repayments or insurance premiums to Westpac. It affects veterans and other compensation recipients by allowing administrators to withhold those specified payments from compensation under subsection 431(3) of the Act.
