Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act Treatment (Revocation) Determination

Instrument No. M20 of 2004

The Determination for Providing Treatment (MRCA Instrument No.3 of 2004) determined by the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission on 24 May 2004 is revoked.

This Determination commences on 1 January 2005.
