PART 7—Scholarships
7.1.1 The Commission may create scholarships from trust funds and may determine the duration and value of such scholarships. 7.1.2 A person must be an eligible child who is or has been an eligible student assisted under the Scheme in order to qualify for the grant of a scholarship. 7.1.3 A scholarship under paragraph 7.1.1 of this Scheme may be awarded in a course not otherwise approved for the purpose of this Scheme.
