73  Deciding whether an impairment is likely to continue indefinitely   For the purposes of subparagraph 68(1)(b)(ii) and subparagraphs 71(1)(b)(ii) and (2)(a)(ii), in deciding whether an impairment suffered by a person is likely to continue indefinitely, the Commission must have regard to:  (a) the duration of the impairment; and  (b) the likelihood of improvement in the one or more service injuries or diseases concerned; and  (c) whether the person has undertaken all reasonable rehabilitative treatment for the impairment; and  (d) any other relevant matters.
