59  Whom compensation for alterations etc. is payable to  (1) Compensation under subsection 56(2) for costs reasonably incurred is payable to:  (i) the person who provided services in connection with the alteration, aids or appliances; or  (ii) any other person who incurred the cost of services in connection with the alteration, aids or appliances.  (2) A payment under subsection 56(2) to a person who provided services in connection with the alteration, aids or appliances discharges any liability of any other person for the cost of the services to the extent of the payment.
