57 Amount of compensation for alterations, aids and appliances The amount of compensation that the Commonwealth is liable to pay under subsection 56(2) is the amount determined by the Commission to be the amount reasonably incurred in respect of the alterations, aids or appliances. Note: Section 58 sets out the matters that the Commission must consider in determining the amount of compensation.
