54  Simplified outline of this Part This Part applies to a person with an impairment from a service injury or disease who is either undertaking a rehabilitation program or who cannot undertake a program. If it is reasonably required for the person, the Commission can:  (a) alter the person’s home or work; or  (b) alter articles used by the person; or  (c) repair or provide aids or appliances for the person.
