400 Notifying damages (1) The person or dependant must, not later than 28 days after the day on which the damages are recovered, notify the Commission in writing of the recovery of the damages, the date of recovery and the amount of the damages. (2) A person commits an offence if the person contravenes subsection (1). (3) Subsection (2) is an offence of strict liability.
