353L  Offence—contempt of Board Insulting a person  (b) the person’s conduct insults another person in, or in relation to, the exercise of the other person’s powers or functions under this Part or Chapter 8A. Interrupting proceedings of the Board  (b) the person’s conduct interrupts the proceedings of the Board. Creating a disturbance  (3) A person commits an offence if:  (b) the person’s conduct creates a disturbance in or near a place where the Board is sitting. Taking part in creating or continuing a disturbance  (4) A person commits an offence if:  (a) the person takes part in creating or continuing a disturbance; and  (b) the disturbance is in or near a place where the Board is sitting.
