352N  Hearing to be in private except in special circumstances  (1) Subject to this section, the hearing of a review must be in private.  (2) The presiding member for a review may give directions (whether in writing or otherwise) as to the persons who may be present at any hearing of the review.  (3) If requested to do so by the applicant for a review, the presiding member for the review may permit a hearing, or a part of a hearing, of the review to take place in public. Note: A direction under subsection (2) that is given in writing is not a legislative instrument (see section 353U).
