352  Definitions   In this Part: applicant means a person who makes an application for review. application for review means an application under section 352A. relevant documentary medical evidence, in relation to an application for review of an original determination made in respect of a person, means certificates, reports or other documents from:  (a) a medical practitioner; or  (b) a hospital, or similar institution, in which the person received medical treatment; about a medical condition of the person and reasonably used in support of the application. review means a review by the Board under this Part.
