345B  Application of this Chapter to decisions about acute support packages   This Chapter applies in relation to a decision by the Commission or the Repatriation Commission under an acute support package instrument as if:  (aa) a reference to an original determination were a reference to the decision; and  (a) a reference to a claimant were a reference to the person to whom the decision relates; and  (b) a reference to a claim were omitted.
