337 No onus of proof Nothing in section 335, or in any other provision of this Act, imposes on: (a) a person claiming compensation or claiming for the acceptance of liability; or (b) the Commission, the Commonwealth, the Department or any other person in relation to such a claim; any onus of proving any matter that is, or might be, relevant to the determination of the claim.
