313 Offence for providing staff to be used in pathology services (b) the person provides nursing or other staff at the premises of another practitioner (whether the staff are present full‑time, part‑time or from time to time); and (c) the person intends the staff to be used in taking pathology specimens in respect of treatment under this Chapter.
