310  Offence for practitioners receiving bribes etc.  (a) the person is a practitioner; and  (b) the person dishonestly:  (i) asks for a benefit for himself or herself, or for another person; or  (ii) receives or obtains a benefit for himself or herself, or for another person; or  (iii) agrees to receive or obtain a benefit for himself or herself, or for another person; and  (c) the person does so intending:  (i) that treatment provided by him or her under this Chapter will be influenced; or  (ii) to induce, foster or sustain a belief that such treatment will be influenced.
