295  Matters to be considered in journey and accommodation compensation claims   In determining issues arising under this Division, the Commission must have regard to the following matters:  (a) the places where appropriate treatment was available to the person;  (b) the means of transport available to the person for the journey;  (c) the means of transport appropriate for the person to take for the journey;  (d) the routes by which the person could have travelled;  (e) the accommodation available to the person at the place to which the journey was made;  (f) any other relevant matters.
