292 No compensation for journeys or accommodation outside Australia The Commonwealth is not liable to pay compensation under section 290 or 291 for: (a) costs incurred in respect of a journey that is made outside Australia for the main purpose of obtaining treatment; or (b) costs incurred in respect of accommodation required during such a journey.
