285  Treatment at hospitals and other institutions etc.  (1) For the purposes of this Part, the Commission may:  (a) enter into arrangements with the appropriate authority of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory for the provision of care and welfare at a public hospital or other institution for persons entitled to be provided with treatment under this Part; and  (b) enter into arrangements with any other body operating a hospital or other institution for the provision of care and welfare at that hospital or institution for persons entitled to be provided with treatment under this Part; and  (c) enter into arrangements with any practitioner or other person qualified to provide treatment. public hospital or other institution means a hospital or other institution that is operated by the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory.
