284  Treatment for certain wholly dependent partners and eligible young persons Treatment for certain wholly dependent partners  (1) A wholly dependent partner of a deceased member is entitled to be provided with treatment under this Part for any injury or disease of the partner if:  (b) the treatment is provided to the partner after the member’s death; and  (c) a claim for compensation in respect of the partner has been made under section 319. Note: Compensation might be payable in respect of treatment obtained before the Commission determines that the person is entitled to treatment (see section 288A). Treatment for certain eligible young persons  (2) A person is entitled to be provided with treatment under this Part for any injury or disease of the person if:  (a) the person is an eligible young person; and  (b) the person was an eligible young person who was wholly or mainly dependent on a deceased member immediately before the member’s death; and  (c) section 12 applies in respect of the member; and  (d) the treatment is provided to the person after the member’s death; and Note: Compensation might be payable in respect of treatment obtained before the Commission determines that the person is entitled to treatment (see section 288A).
