259  Completing courses begun before turning 25 years old   This Division, and the scheme established under section 258, continue to apply to a person after he or she turns 25 if:  (a) before turning 25, the person began a course of education or training provided under the scheme; and  (b) the person turns 25 before finishing the course; and  (c) after turning 25, the person continues the course in order to finish it.
