220  Whom household and attendant care compensation is payable to  (1) Compensation under section 214 or 217 for household services or attendant care services is payable to:  (i) the person who provided, or will provide, the services; or  (ii) any other person who incurred, or will incur, the cost of the services.  (2) A payment under section 214 or 217 to a person who provided, or will provide, the services discharges any liability of any other person for the cost of the services to the extent of the payment.
