209 Ceasing to meet certain criteria The Commonwealth is no longer liable to pay a Special Rate Disability Pension to a person if the Commission is satisfied that: (a) the person’s impairment as a result of all of the service injuries or diseases from which the person suffers constitutes fewer than 50 impairment points; or (b) the person is able to undertake remunerative work for more than 10 hours per week.
