201  When the choice is to be made  (1) A person who is offered the choice under this Part and who wishes to make the choice must do so within 12 months after the date on which the offer was made.  (2) The Commission may, either before or after the end of that period, extend the period within which the person must make the choice if the Commission is satisfied that:  (a) there was a delay in the person receiving the offer under subsection 199(2); or  (b) the person did not receive the offer.
