180 Amounts that are excluded when working out normal and actual earnings (1) In working out normal earnings, do not include: (a) any amount of a bonus that is earned by the person (whether paid as a lump sum or periodically); or (b) the amount of any expected increase due to: (i) the reasonable expectation of a bonus; or (ii) the reasonable expectation of a promotion; or (iii) the reasonable expectation of a posting. (2) In working out actual earnings, do not include any amount of a bonus that is earned by the person (whether paid as a lump sum or periodically).
