178 Simplified outline of this Division This Division deals with the following matters: (a) the amount of a person’s normal earnings if his or her normal earnings are less than the relevant minimum wage set by a national minimum wage order; (b) amounts to be excluded in working out normal and actual earnings; (c) matters to be considered when determining actual earnings; (d) indexation.
