137 Simplified outline of this Subdivision Under this Subdivision, a person who receives weekly compensation of $150 or less is entitled to convert that amount into a lump sum if the person is still working or is receiving or has received a benefit under a Commonwealth superannuation scheme. If the person later stops working because the person’s condition deteriorates, or the person stops receiving the superannuation, then the person can be paid compensation on a weekly basis again.
