103  Application of this Division to part‑time Reservists who were previously Permanent Forces members  (b) the person is incapacitated for either or both service or work for the week as a result of a service injury or disease; and  (c) the person was a Permanent Forces member, or a continuous full‑time Reservist, when the service injury was sustained or the service disease contracted; and  (d) the person was a Permanent Forces member immediately before completing his or her last period of full‑time service.
