5 Exemption from specified Subclass 417 work

For subitem 1225(3BA) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, a passport is specified if the passport: (a) is a valid passport; and (b) is issued by a country or region mentioned in an item of Schedule 1; and (c) satisfies the conditions mentioned in the item.
