This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This instrument specifies which university courses—by CRICOS code—make international graduates eligible to extend their stay in Australia on a Temporary Graduate (subclass 485) visa. It targets graduates from specific fields (often skills-shortage areas like health, engineering, IT), linking those listed qualifications to the Migration Regulations so only graduates with nominated skills can access post-study work extensions.
