12 Application of amendments made by the Migration Legislation Amendment (Assessing Authorities) Instrument 2026
(1) The amendments of this instrument made by Schedule 3 to the Migration Legislation Amendment (Assessing Authorities) Instrument 2026 (LIN 26/027 ) apply in relation to an application made, but not finally determined , on or after 8
October 2025.
(2)
However, the amendments of
this instrument made by Schedule 3 to LIN 26/027 do not apply in relation to an application made, but not finally determined , on or after 8
October 2025 if:
(a)
the application includes a skills assessment for the occupation of Surveyor; and
(b)
the skills assessment is dated on or before 21 August 2025.
