Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This instrument (IMMI 13/134) revokes IMMI 13/007 and, under item 3 of subitem 1236(6) of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994, replaces the list of travel agents in China authorised for PRC citizens applying for Australian visitor visas. It changes which named agencies may lodge those applications, affecting PRC applicants (who must use the specified channels), the listed agencies (which take on lodging and compliance tasks), and the Minister’s administrative specification power.
